Lakemont Cottages are a collection of small 1 and 2 bedroom cottages located just outside Hendersonville. The property boarders nature game lands so there are plenty of trees! There are also two spring fed 'lakes' with bass and brim for fishing, and hiking trails that go into the nearby forest. These cottage retreats have heating and cooling units for your comfort year round and plenty of privacy - they are spread out over several acres. If you are looking for a 12 month lease to rent in a park like setting, - this is the place for you.

A walking path, a trail to the Green River, a fire circle and picnic area are a few of the conveniences on property. On site laundry, close to I 25 and I 26, less than 10 minutes from a grocery store. A Newly Rebuilt Dock, Gazebo and Fire Circle? Oh ya.

Our dock was damaged during one of the tropical storms of 2020. We rebuilt it and added a gazebo! We have also added some structures to our fire circle. Can you imagine sitting around it on a star filled night in the crisp mountain air, making conversation as you warm yourself by the fire? This is a new gathering place for our community members to meet and enjoy!

A: We are about 25-45 minutes to Asheville depending on where in Asheville you are going; South Asheville is closest to us.

Q: How long is the lease?

A: The lease can be adjusted so that renewal occurs in spring or summer..

Q: How much are they leasing for? 1 bedrooms as low as $1450 and 2 bedrooms as low as $1795.

Q: Does the Lease include the cost of water and garbage?

A: Yes, the lease price includes water and trash pick up (recycle too). It does not include electricity or internet.
